Sen. Dush to Champion Shall Not Be Questioned Gun Rights on Live PCN Call-In Program

WHO:   PA Senate Second Amendment Caucus Chairman Cris Dush (R-25)—prime sponsor of Senate Bill 357, which seeks to establish a new system for the concealed carrying of firearms across the Commonwealth—will square off against Sen. Anthony Williams (D-8) on the topic of Constitutional gun rights.   

Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution clearly states that “The right of the citizen to bear arms in defense of themselves and the state shall not be questioned.”
